Instructions
  1. Add the mustard, vinegar and lemon juice into a bowl and whisk together.
  2. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Slowly pour olive oil and sesame oil into the mixture while whisking constantly.
  4. Add in remaining ingredients and mix gently.
  5. Tear washed kale into bite-size pieces and place into serving bowl.
  6. Drizzle on the salad dressing and mix well.
  7. Top with walnuts, fruit and grated cheese, and serve.
