Instructions
  1. 1. Marinate bocconcini in olive oil, salt and pepper for at least one hour.
  2. 2. Skewer one tomato and one bocconcini on a skewer.
  3. 3. Place all skewers on a plate and drizzle(in this order) with olive oil, balsamic glaze, salt, pepper, chopped or torn basil. Serve immediately.
