  1. Roughly chop up dried cranberries and add to goat cheese; mix well with spatula.
  2. Crush or chop peanuts into small pieces. Place in a large bowl.
  3. Using a small portion scoop; scoop balls out and place on a plate.
  4. Once all the goat cheese has been scooped out; roll balls in the chopped pieces of the spicy coconut peanuts to coat the outside.
  5. Serve and enjoy!
