Celebrate the fall harvest at the Farmers' Market! We're throwing a Harvest Fest at each of our four Market locations this month with food giveaways, family fun, and everything you love about fall!

Barrhaven Harvest Fest

We've teamed up with the Barrhaven BIA for our biggest event of the season, featuring an additional 60 vendors from Ottawa Artisans. Psst - there will even be a giant inflatable slide!

Date: Sunday September 10th, 10am-2pm
Location: Nepean Woods Park & Ride
Food Feature: Sweet apple sundae fundraiser for the Barrhaven Food Cupboard
Family Fun: Inflatable rides, face painting, & balloons

Lansdowne Harvest Fest

The Lansdowne Harvest Fest is all about terrific tomatoes! Explore all the tomato varieties of the Market with food demos, tastings, and fun activities.

Date: Sunday September 17th, 9am-3pm
Location: Aberdeen Square
Food Feature: Food Demonstration featuring local tomatoes with Chef Jesse Bell
Family Fun: Tomato tastings (vote for your favourite!), tomato guessing game, face painting, & kids craft
Music: Live performances from Allana J Brown and the Woodshed Quintet

Westboro Harvest Fest

As you walk down the Westboro Market pathway under the colourful canopy of trees, discover all the Harvest Fest activities. Complete a Market scavenger hunt, check out different worm species at the Ag Museum's "Helpful Critters" demo, and so much more!
