Community Booth

Our community booth is available for local non-profit organizations who would like to provide information to the public about their work. The market provides a tent, table and chairs; you bring the rest. Please note that organizations are not permitted to sell memberships or products from the community booth, but selling raffle tickets for a prize or other contests may be approved.

  • No political activities will be allowed the use of the community booth.

Selling a product to raise funds is not permitted; however, items unique to a specific group or cause may be allowed on a pre-approved basis. You may sell raffle tickets for a quilt, gift basket or other large item if you wish. Your Organization is responsible for obtaining any permits or licenses required by the City to carry out such an activity.

A table and canopy will be provided; you are responsible for all other accessories such as a tablecloth and chairs.

Failure to use the booth during your designated time slot without at least one week’s notice to either the Co-ordinator or the Market Manager may jeopardize your future use of the booth.
