AboutChi Garden is a small ecological farm. Food is medicine - by practicing natural farming, Sun Shan and Li Bo focus on regenerative soil practices, inter-cropping, minimal tilling and weeding, and consciously reducing outside input. They produce a diverse salad mix with 20 vegetables, herbs, and wild edibles from global east and west. They passionately preserve their harvest, especially through fermentation. Through cultivating diversity, they envision a garden space for community conversations around connected traditions and a shared future.
