AboutMiso is a Japanese seasoning made by combining salt, soybeans and koji, a fungal culture typically cultivated on rice or other grains. We make miso with organic and whole grain ingredients by using a traditional method. Our miso is fermented for 1 to 3 years. We have Brown rice, Black soybean, Mixed grain, Chickpea, Adzuki bean and Navy bean, Yuzu & Leek and Spicy miso. Taste its rich flavour and enjoy the healthy benefits!
