AboutTin-lont is a small batch artisan chocolatier with experience as a cook in fine dinning for over 10 years. He fell in love with the strict methods of tempering chocolate and the endless possibilities for flavours. His creations are bright and beautiful - he pushes the boundaries with ingredients and helps people discover flavours that are not commonly seen. His menu is constantly changing with the season, and many of his fresh ingredients are grown here in the region of Ottawa and influenced by his Chinese roots. Chocolate bon bons are filled with 2-3 layers, ranging from miso caramel to matcha strawberry cheesecake!
